Keeping Your Most Precious Items Safe
It starts with a walkthrough. A member of our team visits your home, or joins you on a video call, to look at the antiques, artwork, heirlooms and fragile porcelain that will be moving.
If you book our packing service, we schedule a time that suits you and prepare each piece according to its own needs.
Every treasure is different, but our toolkit is consistent: double- or triple-wall cartons, acid-free tissue, cushioning wrap and custom framing. Nothing goes on the truck until it is fully prepared and secured in its container.
For specialty pieces, we build custom wooden crates sized to the object. That snug fit is what lets even very fragile items travel safely.
Photo-Based Inventory for Every Piece
Good packing does most of the work of protecting art and antiques. Still, we know you are taking on financial risk when valuable pieces move, so we add another layer: a photographic inventory.
The photos document each item's condition and our handling, and they can support an insurance claim if one is ever needed. With advance notice, we can also record video showing that an item works before it is packed.
We log the key details of each piece, which can include serial number, model and brand. For artwork, we photograph the edition number and signature as well.

Our crews take great care of your valuables, but some things are best carried personally during a move.
Carry these yourself
- Cash, coins and negotiable papers such as stocks or bonds
- Prescription medications and medical or dental records
- Keys to locked items, including safes
- Important documents: titles, deeds, tax records and financial books

A Safe Environment for High-Value Items
Our white glove approach covers packing, loading, unloading and unpacking, and it also pays attention to temperature and humidity throughout the move.
Art, heirlooms, antiques and porcelain travel in vehicles with environmental controls. When a custom crate is needed, we can build it on site to limit exposure.
Need somewhere to keep pieces during your relocation? We offer short- and long-term climate-controlled storage.
