How We Calculate Your Flat Fee
Volume
We measure your move in cubic feet: the space your items take up on the truck. A detailed inventory, built with our furniture calculator, sizes the truck correctly and keeps the quote accurate.
Mileage
The distance from pickup to final destination, including any stops along the way.
Special requests and complexity
Large or delicate items, stairs, long carries and tight corners shape the plan and any extra crew needed.

Items we cannot move
- Jewelry, precious metals, gemstones and watches
- Hazardous materials: chemicals, explosives, corrosives
- Flammable liquids such as gasoline, propane or lighter fluid
- Fueled equipment (lawn mowers, motorcycles) unless drained first
Flat Fee vs. Hourly and Weight-Based Pricing
